Tuna Fritters
Wheat Free – Gluten Free – Low GI – High Protein
These tuna fritters are packed full of protein and nutrients for optimum health.
It’s low carb too so this tucker will get you lean and mean in no time!

Serves 2
INGREDIENTS:
1 x 185 g tin tuna in water, drained
1 organic / free range egg
1 sliced spring onion
Black pepper to taste
Combine tuna, egg, spring onion and pepper
Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat and add a little olive oil
Place 3 spoonfuls of the tuna mix into the pan and cook for 2 – 3 minutes each side until golden crisp and cooked through
Serve the fritters in a stack alone or with baby spinach and tomato.
