What happens once you sign up? 

Once you sign up to my online personal training I will send a link to download my fitness app and also a health questionnaire asking you several questions about where you are at the moment and what you want to achieve.  Once you have completed the health questionnaire I will see if you need more help with your nutrition and/or specific training I will arrange an in-person or phone consult to ensure I get all the information I need. 

Then we will arrange to have all your measurements and photos logged into your app.   

I will then go ahead to prepare a program designed for you to get your results! 

My fitness app is designed to keep track of everything so that I can follow your progress to ensure accountability and ensure we together are on the right track to achieve your goals. 

With having full access to my fitness app you can keep track of the reps you do, the weights you lift, your personal bests and also how many workouts or cardio sessions you do.   

You can also sync your Fitbit and Apple Watch to your fitness app. 

Every exercise has a video to watch with instructions to ensure your technique is correct.   

Good nutrition goes hand in hand with an exercise routine to suit your goals.  Therefore, I can prepare a simple and easy meal plan for you to follow so you are getting the ultimate results.  No fancy diets that are not sustainable.  Just simple easy to follow meals. 

My nutrition plans are designed to teach you what foods to choose, your portion sizes and the best times to eat.  It will also teach you which foods to try and avoid or minimise.   

We all love a treat every now and then.  We wouldn’t be human if we didn’t.  So my motto and I truly believe that eating healthy 80% of the week is key to achieving a good balance in staying healthy together with a regular exercise routine. 


So what happens next
: 

The body gets accustomed to the routine, therefore your program will be updated every six weeks.  This ensures we challenge you and your body to make the change.  We will also arrange all your measurements and photos again to track those changes that have been made.  This ensures we are achieving what we set out to do at the beginning.  However, sometimes as time goes on we change our minds about our goals, so this is a good time to reassess and change track if we need to.
